This wine, a blanc de noirs, is a sparkling wine made from red grapes. Typically white (blanc) as the juice is not allowed to mingle with the skins for very long, this one is actually colored more like a very light rosé.
The non-vintage Breathless Blanc de Noirs begins with a really lovely aroma of citrus and berries with hints of apple pie.
The wine tastes scrumptious, this is absolutely delicious! It features the perfect amount of bubbles and sweetness and is filled with crisp, delicious fruit and a hint of savory spice. With great depth of flavor, this is quite harmonious. It ends crisp, refreshing and quite long.
