From the bottle:
"A full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with black cherry and plum nuances and a smooth finish. Pairs well with barbecued steak, beef roast of fajitas.
13.5% Alcohol
Just as the label states, the 2007 Clos du Bois North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon is a great match for grilled meat. This is a simple but well balanced wine that will complement a steak nicely. The wine has pleasant aromas of ripe fruit, blackberry, and vanilla on the nose. It tastes of black cherry, dried herbs, and a bit of oak. The finish has a bit of spice and nice soft tannins. An easy drinker, even on its own. The wine held up just fine on day two. Recommended for your next barbecue!
