The Best Wedding Wines
The best affordable wines for your wedding!
If you're serving wine at your wedding, you've come to the right place! We've been helping people find the best value wines for well over a decade and one of the questions we often get is "What wines should I serve at my wedding that won't cost me an arm and a leg??"
We get it, weddings can be expensive! So why spend more than you need to get some great wines that everyone will love?
As such, in the pages that follow we've laid out some of our favorite, inexpensive (mostly in the $10-$15/bottle range), widely available wines that would make great picks for your wedding.
And while a lot of our choices tend towards the "safe" side of things (Cabernet, Chardonnay, etc.) we've also thrown in a few lesser known varieties that we think would work great; not to mention rosé and sparkling wines.
As to where you buy your wine, it's really up to you. Retailers like Costco and Trader Joe's will have some very reasonable choices but don't count out your small local stores - many times they are willing to offer case purchase deals that can save you a lot of money.
And if you're planning way ahead make sure you sign up for our Insider Deals as many of the wines we offer would make great choices.
Lastly, how much wine should you buy for your wedding? The general answer is about a half a bottle per person, but it really depends on your guests and what other alcohol you are serving. We recommend picking wines that you like and buying a little extra. That way, if there's any left over you can drink them occasionally over the next few years as a great reminder of your wedding day!
Let's get on to the picks, shall we? Here are the Reverse Wine Snob choices for the the best inexpensive wedding wines, mostly under $20.
