The Risata Prosecco Extra Dry begins with pleasing aromas of apple, peach, lemon and touches of floral notes. It’s a good start.
This is a nice, basic, widely available Prosecco at a good price. It’s not too sweet tasting with good acidity and lots of fine bubbles. A very nice palate cleanser, this would also make a good mixer for sparkling wine cocktails.
It ends crisp and a bit short but satisfying. Very easy to drink, this bottle will go quick. This is a certified crowd-pleaser.
