From the winery:
About the Bear: Bold, untamed, and deeply expressive… For Juggernaut’s latest release, only the mighty Grizzly Bear—a symbol of raw power and wild beauty—could embody a wine this commanding. Like the bear, this California Red Blend stands with quiet strength and undeniable presence.

The palate is plush and approachable, offering richness supported by a sturdy structure that brings balance and depth. Each sip culminates in a lingering finish with the decadent essence of dark chocolate–covered blueberries.
14.5% Alcohol
The 2023 Juggernaut Red Blend opens with aromas of ripe, dark berry fruit, plus tons of baking spice and vanilla. This is good but it has a lot of oak influence.
Taking a sip reveals much of the same in the mouth. This is ripe, rich and toasty. It’s also smooth and a bit sweet. Honestly, it’s a bit over-the-top but it fits the mass market red blend category well and it will surely have lots of mass appeal.
It ends mostly dry on the ripe, long finish and was similar on day 2.
