2024 Kirkland Signature Ti Point Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc Back Label

We’re checking out another new vintage of a Costco classic today. Much like the Kirkland Signature Provence rosé and the Kirkland Signature Prosecco, today’s Sauvignon Blanc has been one of the most reliable Costco buys year in and year out. Let’s check it out!

The 2024 Kirkland Signature Ti Point Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc begins with clean, pleasing aromas of lemongrass, citrus, grapefruit, herbs and a touch of a vegetal note. It’s classic, crisp and fresh New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.

Tasting the wine reveals lots of deep flavors (a wine at this low of a price shouldn’t have this much depth of flavor), good balance, a pleasing texture and plenty of bright acidity. Filled primarily with rich and juicy grapefruit, green apples, lemon and other citrus and a little guava, this is very quaffable stuff. It’s really hard to believe this retails for just $7.39.

It ends long (although a bit shorter than some past vintages) with lots of lingering lemongrass on the clean, refreshing, lip-smacking finish that dares you not to take another sip. It’s maybe not quite as good as past vintages (which might have been the best value in the store) but it is still worth every penny.

The only complaint we have is that it sells out from time to time. If you’re a white wine lover, you’ll want to buy a bunch if you see it.
