From the bottle:
When everything is in balance, great wine happens naturally.
This rose starts with Sangiovese, a legendary red whose native climate in Italy is just like ours in California.
We’re committed to regenerative farming. It’s better for the planet, better for people, and much better for the wine.
Our gentle winemaking celebrates what nature had in mind for this fruit, from these vines, this year.
All of which gives you beautifully balanced, delicious wine — great by itself and even better with food.
Ingredients: Regeneratively grown grapes, with a touch of SO2 at bottling. That’s it.

The 2023 Avivo Rosé begins with a very pleasing, inviting aroma of watermelon, cherry, and raspberry fruit plus some floral notes. It also has touches of tropical fruit and fresh garden veggies.
Taking a sip reveals this to be highly refreshing and quaffable but also quite food friendly. It is full of sweet fruit flavors but no sugar at all. It features similar flavors to the nose that all combine seamlessly in the mouth.
It ends dry and very long on the lip-smacking finish. This is lovely!
