100% Riesling sparkling wine from Mosel, Germany. The wine is made in the Charmat method where the secondary fermentation that produces the bubbles happens in large pressurized tanks. It has 18.8 g/L of residual sugar.

The non-vintage Dr. L Sparkling Riesling from Loosen Bros begins with a pleasing aroma of apple, melon, peach, a little honeysuckle and a touch of petrol.
Tasting the wine shows just a touch of sweetness balanced by some beautiful bubbles and acidity. It features similar flavors to the nose with some added tangerine when tasting this crisp and vibrant wine.
It ends mostly dry, crisp and long. This is a lovely wine and a nice change up to other sparkling wines with the Riesling.
