Grapes from the earth, wines from the heart…Erath

Our fruity and elegant Pinot Noir Rosé is dry and pairs wonderfully with a wide range of year-round foods – salads, grilled seafood, and white meats – or simply enjoy as an aperitif.

The 2023 Erath Oregon Pinot Noir Rosé opens with a pleasing aroma of watermelon, peach and a little green apple. This is a nice reminder of summer!

The wine tastes smooth and refreshing and features similar flavors to the nose with good acidity. It’s quite quaffable but it also has enough complexity to keep it interesting. And while it reminds us of summer, I think it could also do a decent job pairing with Thanksgiving dinner.

It ends dry, crisp, refreshing and a bit tangy on the long finish. This is a nice, affordable example of Pinot Noir Rosé.
