Inspiration Vineyards Dry Creek Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, Gallaway Vineyard
Produced from grapes grown by my good friend of over 20 years, Brian Gallaway. This wine is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Sonoma County’s Dry Creek Valley. Aged in French barrels, 30% of which were new, allowing the finished wine to show greater complexity and notes of mocha, vanilla and spice.
You’ll find concentrated berry flavors of cassis, blackberry and tea, ending in a long finish. As a result of longer aging in barrel, our Cab has smooth, long tannins allowing you to enjoy now or lay down for more aging.

The 2021 Inspiration Vineyards Dry Creek Valley Cabernet Sauvignon opens with wonderful aromas of black cherry, spice and a little cigar box. It’s a classic, harmonious and attractive start.
Taking a sip reveals the wine to be quite smooth, juicy and balanced with similar flavors to the nose. With plenty of acidity and nice structure, this is a very nice Cab that makes a great burger wine.
It ends dry and juicy with touches of spice all the way through the very long, dynamic finish. It was just as good on day 2.
The 2022 was also extremely delicious and very similar, it just tasted a tad younger. We give them both a solid 9 Taste Rating at 92 points. These are fantastic wines to stock up, especially if you’re a Cab lover!
