The wine tastes crisp and clean and offers a great change of pace for sparkling wine lovers with its unusual mix of grapes. Just lightly sweet, it has plenty of fine, refreshing bubbles and good acidity to balance things out. The wine ends with lingering green apple along with some nice mineral notes on the crisp, satisfying finish.
