The 2014 Caliterra Tributo Cabernet Sauvignon begins with quite a pleasing aroma of black cherry, leather, black pepper and a touch of herbaceousness and cigar box.
Taking a sip reveals rich, juicy fruit, soft tannins and touches of spice and cola along with all the other elements from nose. Everything combines quite harmoniously in this crowd-pleasing Cab that features a fair amount of complexity as well. This is pretty nice at this low price.
It ends dry and long. This is a solid little Cab drinking quite well at 6 years old!
