The 2016 Casillero Del Diablo Rosé begins with an inviting and intriguing aroma of berry fruit, a hint of mint and spice. Tasting the wine reveals great flavor with very nice spice notes and good fresh acidity. It's nicely sweet and very pleasant to drink. There's a ton of one dimensional and impossibly sweet rosé out there but this one easily avoids both of those pitfalls. Tangy fruit leads into the dry, lasting and spicy finish. This is a great value for the price!
