From the bottle:

This wine is just because.
This because, a reason.
This reason, our passion.

Made from Tempranillo grapes, picked at the optimum ripeness; followed by temperature controlled fermentation and ageing in American oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months. Beautiful red cherry color with ruby hints. Intense, fruit forward with elegant, well integrated, wood and vanilla notes.

14.5% Alcohol

The 2017 Bodegas Faustino Crianza Rioja opens with pleasing aromas of black cherry, a little leather, some floral notes and a touch of spice.

This is a rather young and fresh Tempranillo as far as Rioja goes and it’s quite good. It’s well structured, medium-bodied and has nicely integrated spice and vanilla notes along with fresh, juicy fruit.

It ends with a dry, slightly chewy, long finish.
