A non-vintage rosé sparkling wine blend of 52% Pinot Noir and 48% Chardonnay from Western Cape, South Africa.
The wine is produced using the traditional method like Champagne where the secondary fermentation that creates the bubbles happens in the bottle. This is referred to as Methode Cap Classique (MCC) in South Africa. It has 7.6 g/L of residual sugar and 7.4 g/L of acidity.

The Graham Beck Brut Rosé opens with a pleasing aroma full of berry fruit, a bit of strawberry cream and a touch of fresh baked bread.
Tasting the wine reveals it to be fresh, crisp and easy to drink with just a touch of sweetness. It features nice juicy, berry fruit plus plenty of fine bubbles and good acidity. This is hard not to like.
It ends crisp, dry and delicious on the lip-smacking finish.
