Our Jack London Cabernet Sauvignon thrives in the warm morning sun and cooling afternoon breeze, in combination with the vineyard’s red volcanic soil. Bold and luscious, this wine offers intense black cherry and currant aromas with notes of roasted cocoa bean and mint. The rich character and flavors come together in a strong, elegant finish.

The wine begins with ripe and extremely aromatic notes of spicy blackberry and black cherry that suck you right into the glass. Further sniffing and swirling also reveal plenty of licorice, vanilla and baking spice as well as hints of cocoa. Tasting shows a big, rich, fruity, full-bodied and delicious Cab that is full of wonderful oak influence like vanilla, baking spice, licorice, chocolate and tobacco. It also has great tannic structure. The whole thing ends with licorice and tobacco notes coming to the front as the rich fruit slowly fades away on the long, dry finish.
