The 2016 Lucas & Lewellen Valley View Cabernet Sauvignon begins with an enticing aroma of blackberry, plum and black cherry along with loads of vanilla plus beautiful touches of caramel and baking spice. The wine tastes smooth, silky, rich and balanced with all the flavors from the nose re-appearing in the mouth along with leather, licorice, pepper and some dried herbs. It ends dry and long with touches of tobacco.
This is pure French-oaked, Cabernet deliciousness!
