The wine has an SRP of $20 and an average wine-searcher price of $18 but we grabbed it at Costco for just $9.89. It is imported by Vinamericas, Inc.

The 2018 Perro Callejero Cabernet Franc begins with a really nice spicy, minty, fruity aroma. Tasting reveals a smooth and quite tasty wine with good balance. It features similar flavors to the nose with some pleasing herbal notes as well.
This is another great Cabernet Franc from Argentina, and I have been really impressed with the Argentinean examples of this variety recently. One of the reasons seems to be that they typically don't produce as many of the "green" (pyrazine) aromas and flavors as Cabernet Franc in other areas.
The wine ends dry, long and savory. This is quite a nice sipper especially at the Costco price.
