Our Lot #1 Cabernet Sauvignon, named after the first generation, fills your palate with flavors of cherry, rhubarb, and red plum with touches of spicy white pepper and vanilla on the finish.

The 2014 Raymond R Collection Cabernet Sauvignon Lot No. 1 begins with a very pleasing aroma of black cherry, plum and violets. Taking a sip reveals the wine to be smooth and medium-bodied with plenty of sweet fruit. Light tannins and a little bit of spice lead into the dry, lingering finish that features more sweet fruit as well as a bit of vanilla and chocolate. This is a nice and easy Cabernet Sauvignon that would make a great party wine especially if you’re grilling burgers.
