Trestoria Rosé – Rather Refreshing

Last Updated on January 15, 2023

We check out a popular rosé wine from Aldi, the $6.99 Trestoria Rosé.

Trestoria Rosé - Rather Refreshing

A California rosé wine made from undisclosed grape varieties.

The Trestoria Rosé is available exclusively through Aldi and sells for $6.99.

From the bottle:

Trestoria Rosé boasts a refreshingly dry style that explodes with notes of strawberry, raspberry, and citrus. With hints of floral, minerality and a crisp finish.

Friendship, adventure, and wine – three of the greatest things in life. Trestoria – meaning story of three – celebrates those aspects of life that bring us all together.

Trestoria brings out the storyteller in all of us as we become wanderers with a sense of curiosity, spirit, and worldliness.

With hints of floral, minerality and a crisp finish, this wine is the perfect pairing to light salads, light pasta dishes, and seafood.

Hear a story. Share a story. Create a story.

The 2020 Trestoria Rosé opens with lots of fresh berry aromas plus touches of citrus, watermelon and a hint of tropical fruit. There’s not a lot else but it’s a nice start.

Tasting the wine reveals similar flavors to the nose, but they are quite tart in the mouth. Overall tt comes off a little disjointed but is still tasty.

It ends dry and with decent length. While it’s nothing to write home about, it is rather quaffable and refreshing and therefore worth the price
