That’s right, winemaker Austin Hawley is the owner of the Wine Barrel Workshop and when I reached out to him about offering my audience a special discount to try out his chairs, he was more than happy to oblige.
In fact, many of these chairs are made from the very barrels used to make the excellent wines from Hawley winery. (It’s possible you could be sitting on a chair made from a barrel that aged the very wine you are drinking while sitting in said chair!)
Not only are they made from used French and American oak wine barrels, but they even have optional wine glass holders built right into the arm.
