Aromas of pear, apple and yellow plum with crisp fruit salad flavors and a hint of spice. Perfect served chilled just by itself, or with shellfish, salads and soft cheeses.

The 2017 Giretto Pinot Grigio begins with a very pleasing aroma of pear, citrus and melon along with a little stony minerality and a hint of nuttiness.
Taking a sip reveals surprising depth of flavor with tons of green apple, lime and touches of tropical fruit in this tart and tasty wine. And while there's plenty of sweet tasting fruit, it's a fairly dry wine which isn't always common with Pinot Grigio at this low of a price point.
Touches of stony minerality return on the crisp, dry, medium-long finish. This is an ultra-refreshing porch pounder kind of wine but also has the versatility to pair nicely with seafood and salads.
Two of our biggest complaints about cheap Pinot Grigio are either that they are too sweet or just watered down and lifeless, this wine avoids both of those pitfalls quite deftly. Another one that punches above its price point from Aldi!
