The 2021 Denier-Handal Viognier Blend opens with a very attractive aroma of citrus, melon, a little green apple, some floral notes and maybe a touch of saltiness. It’s a great start.

The wine tastes smooth and soft with good depth on the rich fruit which turns more towards tart tropical fruit flavors in the mouth. It also features some continuing touches of saltiness. This is very refreshing and absolutely lovely to drink.

It ends tart and dry on the long, lip-smacking finish. What a nice wine!
