First up is the 2015 King Estate Pfeiffer Vineyard Pinot Gris which is a single vineyard Pinot Gris from the Pfeiffer Vineyard in the Willamette Valley. This vintage received 91 points from Wine Enthusiast.

Pfeiffer Vineyards and King Estate have a winemaking collaboration dating back to 1992. Pfeiffer has sold its grapes to no other winery for a quarter century. In a unique microclimate in the hills of the Oregon Coast Range, this vineyard produces wines with a clean, crisp texture and forward fruit characters - delicious.

The 2015 King Estate Pfeiffer Vineyard Pinot Gris opens with a really lovely aroma of green apple, lime and a bit of a floral note.
Tasting the wine reveals plenty of acidity and tart fruit similar to the nose with an added touch of tropical fruit in the mouth. It also features a lovely smooth and textured mouthfeel. With very good balance and great depth of flavor, this goes down quite easy.
It ends with a dry, tangy, lip-smacking finish. While it's still vibrant at this point I probably wouldn't hold it too much longer given its age.

Next up is the 2015 King Estate Unity Pinot Gris, a 50/50 blend of Pinot Gris from the Pfeiffer Vineyard and the King Estate Vineyard.

As you would expect the 2015 King Estate Unity Pinot Gris is overall pretty similar to the Pfeiffer Vineyard offering with 50% of the fruit coming from that vineyard.
The wine begins with pleasing aromas of green apple and lime plus a little tropical fruit and honeysuckle.
The wine tastes just as delicious as the Pfeiffer with perhaps a bit more of a vibrant mouthfeel. The finish is also similar with an added touch of minerality. Excellent.

And finally, here's something you don't see every day, Willamette Valley Sauvignon Blanc.
The 2015 King Estate Croft Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is quite a good example of the variety too. This single vineyard wine is typically reserved for wine club members and this vintage received 90 points from Wine Enthusiast. 25% of the wine was aged in French oak for five months.

The 2015 King Estate Croft Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc begins with an intriguing aroma of melon, lime and a little tropical fruit along with a bit of lemongrass. It's quite nice!
Taking a sip reveals that the wine is still vibrant, crisp and refreshing and features lots of tasty flavors of lime, tangerine, pear, melon, a little gooseberry and more. It has a really pleasing texture in the mouth too from the barrel aging, this is tasty Sauvignon Blanc.
It ends with a dry, lip-smacking, very, very long finish with the juicy lime flavors lasting on your lips. We found it to be really enjoyable and a great way to sample Oregon Sauvignon Blanc.
