Crisp and refreshing, the Mas Fi Cava Brut is an easy sparkling wine to say yes to.

The varieties are fermented separately before being blended together and undergoing secondary fermentation in the bottle (methode traditionelle) like Champagne. It is then aged for an additional 10 months in the bottle and has residual sugar of 10 g/L.

Sample submitted for review. This wine has an SRP of $11 and is available for as low as $9. Ready to buy? Check your local retailers. Imported by Winesellers Ltd.

From the winery:

Undergoing a second fermentation in this bottle, it is aged for 10 months providing its fine bubbles and complex and structured palate. There are notes of white flowers and citrus on the nose, with fresh stone fruits and pleasant creamy flavors in the mouth.

11.5% Alcohol

The Mas Fi Cava Brut begins with pleasant aroma of citrus with touches of tropical fruit and white flowers along with a bit of baking spice. The wine tastes crisp, dry and refreshing with lots more citrus and apple on the palate plus streaks of zesty lime. It comes alive in your mouth and refreshes your palate! It ends with quite a long, lingering lime-filled finish with touches of saltiness.
