From the winery:
This single vineyard, old vine bottling from the South Salem Hills is a classic, terroir-revealing Riesling. Opening with fresh fruit aromas of key lime and pineapple, the palate offers vivid acidity and flavors of Meyer lemon zest and candied ginger wrapped around a mineral vein. The wine finishes fresh and bright, with a beguiling note of honeysuckle blossom. A delight to drink now, but also exceedingly age-worthy.

The 2019 Ransom Sunnyside Vineyard Riesling from the Great Oregon Wine Company begins with pleasing aromas of apple and a little petrol plus lemon and lime. It's a bit muted on the nose but that's definitely not the case when tasting this wine.
Taking a sip reveals loads and loads of lemon in the mouth plus a bit of honey. With good acidity this is a nice, crisp wine with a dash of minerality. This is quite a nice example of Riesling.
It ends long with a lip-smacking finish of sweet tasting lemon that lingers on the lips.
