Winemaking Notes
The grapes used to produce our 2019 URGENCY Sauvignon Blanc came from the hills and slopes of ultra-premium vineyards in Lake County. A blend from multiple vineyard sites was used to create complexity and balance.

Tasting Notes
Color: Pale straw, clear
Aroma: Fresh and bright, full of subtle citrus, melon and lemongrass notes
Flavor: Bursting of pineapple and citrus with a hint of melon

Food Pairings
This wine is focused and fragrant while still extremely food-friendly. Our favorites are ceviche and shrimp tacos.

The 2019 Urgency Lake County Sauvignon Blanc opens with a pleasing and fresh aroma of grapefruit, pineapple, melon and lemongrass along with some garden herbs.

This is a tasty, flavor filled Sauvignon Blanc! It features similar flavors to the nose with some added citrus notes as well as a smooth texture and a touch of saltiness in the mouth. Quite refreshing, this is really nicely made.

It ends with a crisp, dry, lasting, lip-smacking finish. The Lake County region produces some wonderful Sauvignon Blanc at great prices and this is a fabulous example.
