The 2017 Yalumba Samuel's Collection Barossa Shiraz begins with a wonderful aroma of blackberry, black pepper and spice with a little anise and vanilla. Tasting the wine reveals tons of juicy dark fruit and that classic Shiraz goodness with great depth of flavor and well integrated spice and black pepper. This medium to full-bodied wine also features a smooth mouthfeel and silky tannins. It ends dry and long with all the flavors from the palate lingering for a good while in the mouth. This is delicious stuff!
