The 2017 Zolo Reserve Cabernet Franc begins with a strong, inviting aroma full of dark berry fruit along with very well integrated herbal and spice notes. The wine tastes absolutely delicious and is a fantastic example of Cabernet Franc. Full of juicy dark berry fruit, plenty of acidity, wonderful licorice, herbal and spice notes plus a touch of bell pepper, this is succulent stuff! It ends very long, dry, grippy and juicy with some underlying graphite minerality. This might be our favorite of these Argentinean Cabernet Francs yet. And stay tuned as we have even more to come...
