The 2019 13 Celsius Sauvignon Blanc opens with attractive notes of tropical fruit, lime and a bit of grassiness.
Tasting the wine reveals a solid, flavorful Sauvignon Blanc. It features similar flavors to the nose along with some additional citrus notes and good depth. This is quite nice.
It alternates between tangy and sweet on the highly refreshing and quite long finish.
