From the winery:

Cantine Maschio Prosecco Brut

Appellation: Prosecco DOC
Grape Varieties: 85% Glera, 15% allowed varieties by the DOC rules
Soil: Alkaline sandstone with a fair amount of stone
Residual Sugar: 13 g/L
Winemaker: Gabriele Cescon
Vegan friendly, 97 calories per glass

Vinification: Gentle pressing of the grapes to extract only the free-run juice from the heart of the berry. Then the juice is left to rest in stainless steel tanks and after approximately 12 hours the limpid part of the must has separated from the deposit and fermentation begins. Vinification takes about 15-20 days and is completed in stainless steel vats kept at a constant temperature of 65-68°F to develop a natural perlage.

Tasting Notes: Light straw yellow with a lively froth. Aromas of white peach and orange blossoms. On the palate, the wine is fruit-forward, with peach and almond flavors. Serve chilled at 42-56˚F.

The Cantine Maschio Prosecco Brut begins with a light, delicate aroma of peach, citrus and a little almond extract and some floral notes. It’s a good start.

Tasting the wine reveals a fruity wine featuring delicious flavors of peach and citrus just like the bouquet as well as a touch of sweetness. Crisp and very easy to drink, this makes a nice palate cleanser and will also go great in sparkling wine cocktails.

It ends crisp and tasty with good length. This is a nice Prosecco.
