Extra Dry Prosecco from the Prosecco DOC area of Italy made primarily with the Glera grape. This sparkling wine is made using the Charmat method. It has 12-17 g/L of residual sugar and 5-7 g/L of total acidity.

The Abbazia Prosecco Extra Dry opens with pleasing aromas of apple, peach and citrus with a touch of fresh baked bread and flowers. It’s a nice start.
Taking a sip reveals a fresh, crisp and tasty wine that is a bit simple but good. Featuring similar flavors to the nose, it features nice fine bubbles throughout. This is a refreshing drink.
