The 2018 Daryl Rex Groom Sauvignon Blanc begins with an attractive aroma of citrus, guava, green apple and kiwi. The wine tastes limetastic! With excellent depth of flavor and loads of lemon and lime fruit, this is a very refreshing, easy to drink wine. (In other words, just what you want in a Sauvignon Blanc.) Just a bit of grassiness comes out on the mid-palate and leads into the surprisingly long finish full of lingering tart fruit along with a touch of salty minerality.
