The 2018 Famille Perrin Cotes du Rhone Reserve Blanc begins with a pleasing aroma of pear, peach and white flowers along with a little salty minerality and touches of dried herbs. The wine tastes soft, round and smooth in the mouth and is quite easy to drink. It features similar flavors to the nose plus apple, lime and a little tropical fruit as well. On the mid-palate, the hints of sea salt minerality from the nose come back and lead into the dry, satisfying finish.
