Tasting notes: The sparkling wine that has always accompanied all our toasts and celebrations. This Asti has a delicate pale yellow color with an elegant and inviting perlage. The bouquet consists of honey, peach, and a touch of citrus.
Food pairings: Pastries, stuffed baked fruits, baked desserts, dessert with cream. Serve at 6-8C
The non-vintage Acquesi Asti DOCG begins with a rather elegant aroma featuring pleasing floral, peach, citrus and honey notes.
Taking a sip reveals that it's super sweet just as you would expect but rather irresistible too. Featuring crisp flavors similar to the nose and lots of nice fine bubbles, this is dessert in a bottle!
It ends crisp, sweet and quite long.
