The 2023 Chateau Haut-Sorillon Bordeaux Superieur opens with an attractive, easy aroma of black cherry, blackberry and spice. It’s a decent start.
The wine tastes juicy, balanced, and soft. Featuring similar flavors to the nose, it’s not tannic at all. It’s also doesn’t have much complexity but it is easy to drink and satisfying enough.
It ends dry with good length and was similar on day 2. At just $11, it’s worth the price of admission but not much more than that.
