North Coast Cabernet SauvignonWINERY INFORMATION: The darker side of California Wines. Our wines were born of a wishful dream – to make wines so distinctive and so delicious as to make it indispensable to wine lovers. Clearly a rather lofty, even unrealistic notion, but one we decided to pursue anyway.
WINEMAKING: Since 2017 each wine is crafted from select blocks from our grower’s best vineyards; our wines embody the essence of a terroir-inspired winemaking philosophy. Today, as winemakers our goal is simple – to allow each wine to find its own expressive voice through cutting edge technology.
VINEYARD SOURCING: Our grape growers span 362 acres of vineyards, primarily planted to Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel and Syrah. With over 130 years and in several cases two generations of wine-growing experience, they are farmers first and believe in their souls they are doing what they love.
TASTING NOTES: This is hard work and dedication. Racy dark cherries, juicy-as-hell plums, exotic spices…There’s a touch of oak, as you’d imagine, but most of the power in this medium-bodied wine is from fruit. Sizzling Cabernet from the North Coast.

And now on to our review:
The 2022 Arling Blaze Seraphic Symphony Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a very attractive aroma of blackberry, black cherry, some spice and herbal notes plus a little vanilla, cola, cedar, and even more as it has time in the glass. It’s a great start.
The wine tastes very smooth, very juicy and is super drinkable and satisfying. It features similar flavors to the nose with some added black pepper in the mouth. Structured and balanced, this is just a really lovely example of Cabernet!
It ends dry, very long and grippy and was just as good on day 2. This is a crowd pleasing Cab with plenty of complexity to boot. I love it and I think you will too!

Maybe 4.5 or better. While I am not one who can identify specific fruits/flavors and aromas, I could taste and feel the smoothness of this easy going wine. It does have welcome tannins and is full of wonderful sensations - with very good mouth feel. Why not 5 Stars? Because that is for a wine that is extraordinary - this wine is super and especially at the price offered. Fine wine - great price and I would not hesitate to buy it in the future.
It was heavenly! My wife and I have enjoyed many fine wines over the years but none more than this smooth fruit filled beauty.
