Rich ruby in color with vivid aromas of red currant and Bing cherry complimented by warm notes of toasted marshmallow and cedar. On the palate, mulberry and plum marry with savory flavors of cigar box and clove. A food friendly, medium bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with soft tannins and abundant fruit, that finishes with a nice kiss of spice.

The 2022 Parducci Small Lot Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a pleasing aroma of black cherry, cedar, black pepper, licorice and a little vanilla. It’s a good start.
Taking a sip reveals this to be a smooth, tasty Cab. It features similar flavors as the nose, but the fruit is a bit more tart in the mouth. It’s not super complex but it’s nicely balanced and it even has some vibrancy to it. This is sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
It ends dry and with good length and was similar on day 2. Stock up while you can.
