The 2024 Kosmic Kitty Sauvignon Blanc opens with a fresh, attractive aroma of citrus, melon and touches of tropical fruits. It’s a nice start.
Tasting the wine reveals it to be fresh in the mouth as well with juicy fruit, plenty of acidity, nice balance and enough depth to please all kinds of palates. The wine features similar flavors to nose with no real grassy notes to speak of, which is typical for California Sauvignon Blanc.
Just like the Kosmic Kitty Chardonnay we previously reviewed this is really easy to drink and makes for a fun, crowd-pleasing wine for a party.
It ends crisp, dry and juicy with some lingering tropical fruit notes.
