TASTING NOTE: A pale gold color with delicate, refined bubbles. Pleasant aromas of white flowers (Tilia, Hawthorn). A subtle palate with an intense freshness.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION VARIETY: 67% Chenin Blanc (including 12% of reserve wine), 23% Chardonnay, 10% Cabernet Franc

The Langlois Cremant de Loire Brut Reserve opens with a pleasing, attractive aroma of apple, pear, lemon and other citrus plus a touch of a yeasty and floral note. It’s a nice start.
Tasting the wine reveals it to be really delicious and flavorful with a crisp, lively mouthfeel and a touch a creamy texture. The bubbles are a bit aggressive at first pop and pour but they settle in nicely once opened. It also has plenty of acidity and good balance. This is a fun one to drink.
It ends crisp, dry and quite long on the lip-smacking finish. We had this one both by itself and instead of Prosecco in an Aperol Spritz and it was excellent both ways.
