My husband, Ron Rubin, purchased a vineyard and winery in California, achieving his forty-year dream. Knowing that I don't like most Chardonnays, he and our winemaker collaborated on a style that Ron knows I love in all white wines; crisp, light, a touch fo sweetness and easy to enjoy. Together they surprised me with this new wine, Pam's Un-Oaked Chardonnay.
I love this wine and I hope you will too! - Proprietor, Pam Rubin

The 2020 Pam's Unoaked Chardonnay from Ron Rubin Winery begins with a pleasing aroma of apple, lemon cream, citrus and melon.
Tasting the wine shows similar flavors to the nose with a bit of added tropical fruit. Everything composes itself nicely in the mouth. Fresh and light, this is quite a refreshing, unoaked Chardonnay. Add in a smooth and soft texture and this is solid.
It ends with a lingering, satisfying finish.
