You love Cabernet Sauvignon. For 30 years, it has been our pleasure at Parker Station to show you all the things a great Cabernet should be. By crafting superb wine from the very best vineyards of Paso Robles and providing unsurpassed quality with unmatched value, we will remind you why you fell in love with Cabernet. This rich and complex Cabernet offers subtle aromas of dark chocolate and cedar leading to dark fruit flavours of blackberry, plum and a vanilla oak finish. Full-bodied and elegant, enjoy a glass tonight with your favorite red meat, marinara pasta, grilled vegetables, or by itself!
The 2017 Parker Station Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon begins with a very pleasing aroma of blackberry, plum and vanilla plus a little licorice and other spice. This smooth wine tastes just like it smells, which is a good thing. The fruit is juicy in the mouth and the oak is well-integrated. It gains additional complexity as it has more air. The finish, which is dry, surprisingly long and has lots of lingering dark fruit with touches of vanilla and chocolate, pulls it all together.
