The 2015 Quinta do Ataide Douro Vinho Tinto opens with very attractive, deep and aromatic notes of blackberry, black cherry, plum, vanilla and spice. The wine tastes smooth and luscious in the mouth and features loads of deep, dark juicy fruit beautifully interlaced with spice, licorice and more vanilla. All the flavors from the palate last an extremely long time on the dry finish which also highlights touches of mocha. This is a beautiful wine!
