The 2021 Sauvignon Republic Sauvignon Blanc begins with classic New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc aromas like tropical fruit, lemongrass and a little honeysuckle.

Tasting reveals a smooth, flavorful and fresh wine with good acidity. It features more tropical fruit and lemongrass plus a whole lot of citrus flavors soaked in luscious honey.

It ends crisp with medium length and perhaps just a touch of chalkiness. This is a wine that makes your mouth (and your wallet) happy!
