Villa Wolf Sparkling Pinot Noir Rosé - Mouthwatering

By: Jon Thorsen Published: November 5, 2021 Last Updated: January 21, 2023

The crisp and refreshing Villa Wolf Sparkling Pinot Noir Rosé from Germany.

Villa Wolf Sparkling Pinot Noir Rosé - Mouthwatering

Pinot Noir Sparkling Rosé from Pfalz, Germany. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and uses the Charmat method with the secondary fermentation that creates the bubbles happening in large tanks. The wine is classified as "Extra Dry" and has 16.1 g/L of residual sugar.

Sample submitted for review. This sparkler is available for as low as $14 and is produced by Ernst Loosen. It is imported by Loosen Bros. USA and is the sparkling version of this wine.

    From the bottle:

Villa Wolf Sparkling Pinot Noir Rosé is bright, fruity and delicately balanced. It's a deliciously refreshing bubbler that can be enjoyed any time, with or without food. Pop a bottle tonight!

    12.5% Alcohol

The non-vintage Villa Wolf Sparkling Pinot Noir Rosé opens with an inviting aroma of raspberry, strawberry and a bit of tomato plant plus some light, zesty citrus notes.

The wine tastes crisp and refreshing. It features a bit more of the citrus in the mouth, but still has the berry flavors as well. This is really enjoyable to drink and quite food friendly.

The fruit turns a bit more tart on the crisp, dry, mouthwatering finish.
