Smooth and harmonious, this Riesling bursts with alluring aromas and flavors of fresh apricots and ripe peaches. It is a fine match with fish dishes, pastas and Asian-inspired cuisine.

12.5% Alcohol

The 2018 Blue Fish Riesling opens with a pleasing aroma of lemon, lime, peach, perfumed floral notes and maybe just a hint of petrol.

Tasting reveals flavors of apricot, peach and apple plus lively acidity and even a bit of minerality in this quite refreshing wine. The fruit turns tropical on the medium length, mostly dry finish. This is a basic but very good Riesling at a great price.
