Harvested at night, this wine benefits from a skin maceration at low temperature. The grapes were vinified separately. A second (malolactic) fermentation was avoided to ensure the crisp vitality of the rosé.
Suggest serving temperature is between 50 and 52F. Excellent on its own or paired with Asian dishes, spicy food, salads, salmon, sushi, and various soft cheeses.

The 2017 Chateau Roubine Cru Classé Premium Cotes de Provence Rosé begins with a very inviting aroma full of berry and floral notes along with the distinctive salty minerality we love in these wines from Provence.
Taking a sip reveals a wine full of rich, fresh, tangy fruit like berries, peach, melon, cherry and plenty of watermelon. All that fruit makes it taste sweeter than it is (which it's definitely not at less than 1 g/L of residual sugar). It also features good balance and structure and plenty of acidity.
It ends with a dry, quite long, mouthwatering finish. This is a wonderful and delicious blend of grapes, I love it!
