Well worth the $10 price tag at Trader Joe's, the Cotillion Pinot Noir.
Pinot Noir from Monterey County (56%), Sonoma County (33%) and Santa Barbara County (11%), California.
The Cotillion Pinot Noir is available exclusively at Trader Joe's and sells for just $9.99.
Like a foxtrot feather-step gliding across the dance floor, this Pinot Noir moves. Think of it as an elaborate dance, sociable and easy to appreciate. Quadrille? Tri-county. Balancing a blend of grapes from Monterey, Sonoma, and Santa Barbara counties, this Pinot Noir shows off red fruit notes that flirt with vanilla and oak undertones -- a natural weave three-step (slow, slow, quick-quick, slow).

The 2018 Cotillion Pinot Noir begins with pleasing aromas of cherry, strawberry and other mixed berry fruit plus licorice, leather and a little spice and a touch of tomato plant.
The wine tastes smooth, soft, flavorful and easy to drink. It features nice fruit similar to the nose with a little licorice and black tea as well.
It ends dry, long and slightly chewy with nice lingering spice notes. This is well worth the $10 price tag.
