The winery was built in 1997 with great attention to environmental principles, its design inspired by sienese castles. It is well integrated into the landscape and expresses the same elegance, complexity and uniqueness found in our wines.
Bottled by La Badia
The 2019 Cultusboni Cetamura Chianti DOCG begins with a pleasing aroma of sour cherry, a good bit of earthiness, a little licorice and maybe just a hint of a floral note.
The sour cherry flavors continue when tasting this true to form Chianti with a nice rustic edge. Add in a soft mouthfeel, good acidity and an easy to drink nature and this is pretty tasty.
It finishes dry and the savory fruit lasts a while. Bring on the pizza!
