The non-vintage Domaine Bousquet Sparkling Rosé begins with quite an attractive aroma of pear, strawberry and other red berries.
Taking a sip reveals a clean and tasty sparkling wine with similar flavors to the nose. Not too sweet and full of refreshing fruit flavors and nice crisp bubbles this fits the bill nicely!
It ends crisp, dry and with good length. This is a solid sparkler.
